Once an issue is detected, PROHygiene transitions into action mode:

  • Task Assignment: ROVA assigns cleaning tasks to the nearest available staff using PROStaff RTLS cards or the PROApp. Tasks are dispatched with precise details to ensure quick and effective responses.

  • All steps and reactions, performances, returns create valuable data to train ROVA. 

  • Our Gamification module can be implemented therefore staff gain performance points for the all the actions.

Real-Time Hygiene Monitoring

ProCleaning integrates seamlessly with our embedded IoT system solutions—ProRestroom and ProFoodCourt—to ensure real-time hygiene tracking:

  • PRORestroom: Monitors consumable levels (e.g., soap, paper towels), air quality, and restroom occupancy using smart sensors. Detects when supplies are low or cleaning is required based on environmental data.

  • PROFoodCourt: Utilizes existing CCTV cameras to monitor table cleanliness and dining area usage. AI-powered visual analysis identifies when areas require immediate attention.

  • PROTicket: is designed to streamline and automate request management processes for facilities.
